Minimum age: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 and remain at the property for the stay.
Quiet hours: Please observe neighborhood quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Gatherings: Low-key gatherings are welcome; parties and events are not permitted.
Pets: Dogs under 50 lbs require prior approval and a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Cats are not permitted.
Care of the home: This is a thoughtfully designed private home. Guests are expected to treat it, its furnishings, and the neighborhood with care.
Cancellation policy: Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations 14–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Payment schedule: A 50% deposit secures an approved reservation. The remaining balance and its due date will be stated in the booking confirmation.
