How many guests can stay?
The home accommodates up to seven guests in three bedrooms.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs may be considered with prior approval and a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Cats are not permitted.
What fees and taxes are included?
The estimate shows the nightly rate, a $300 cleaning fee per stay, applicable taxes currently totaling 12%, and the optional non-refundable $150 approved-dog fee when selected.
Does submitting a request confirm my stay?
No. Kara or James reviews every request. The reservation is confirmed only after written approval and receipt of the required deposit.
How much is the deposit?
An approved direct reservation requires a 50% deposit. The approval email states the remaining balance and due date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations 14–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Is there a damage deposit?
No separate damage deposit is currently collected by the website. If one is required for an approved stay, the amount and release terms will be disclosed before payment.
How close is the beach?
Grayton Beach and its seasonal tram service are approximately five minutes away by car. Seagrove and Seaside are approximately ten minutes away.
Is the backyard fenced?
Yes. The private backyard is fully fenced.
Can I book a monthly stay?
Extended winter stays from November through March may be available. Ask about monthly and seasonal rates.
