The home accommodates up to seven guests in three bedrooms.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs may be considered with prior approval and a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Cats are not permitted.
How close is the beach?
Grayton Beach and its seasonal tram service are approximately five minutes away by car. Seagrove and Seaside are approximately ten minutes away.
Is the backyard fenced?
Yes. The private backyard is fully fenced.
Can I book a monthly stay?
Extended winter stays from November through March may be available. Ask about monthly and seasonal rates.
