Minimum age: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 and remain at the property for the stay.
Quiet hours: Please observe neighborhood quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Gatherings: Low-key gatherings are welcome; parties and events are not permitted.
Pets: Dogs under 50 lbs require prior approval and a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Cats are not permitted.
Care of the home: Guests are expected to treat the home, its furnishings, and the neighborhood with care.
Booking and payment: Website submissions are requests only. Approved reservations require a 50% deposit.
Cancellation: Full refund 30 or more days before arrival, 50% refund 14–29 days before arrival, and no refund fewer than 14 days before arrival.
